WASHINGTON COUNTY
AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING AND CONFIRMINGA3ftf OF THE
FAYETTEVILLE INDUSTRIAL PARK AND TO ACCEPT AE STREET ,
UTILITY AND RAILROAD EASEMENTS CONTAINED THE IN .
WHEREAS there has been presented to the Board of Directors
of the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , a plat dated December 22 ,
1972 known as the final plat of the Fayetteville Industrial Park .
WHEREAS , the approval of said plat has been recommended to
the Board of Directors by the Planning Commission of the City of
Fayetteville .
NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas hereby
accepts and confirms the dedication of the street , utility and
railway easements shown therein , and hereby declares said street ,
utility and railroad easements to be public street , utility and
railway easements and the Board of Directors hereby assume the
care , control and jurisdiction of same .
Section 2 . That this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passageandapproval .
