WHEREAS , there has been presented to the Board certain warranty deeds and dedications for a street to run northwestward from the intersection of Industrial Park Road and the Highway 16 Bypass to Huntsville Road ; WHEREAS , the Board of Directors deems it desirable to accept said dedications for a public street right - of -way . NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS : Section 1 . That the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , hereby accepts the dedication of right - of -way for street and utility purposes and said Board of Directors hereby assumes the care , control and jurisdiction of same .
