AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE PLANNING AREAA� EYER
4 . 1- {;QF THE
CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS .
WHEREAS , the public hearing was held before the Planning
Commission of the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , on February
6 , 1973 , on a proposal to amend the planning area boundary of
the City of Fayetteville ; and
WHEREAS , notice of said public hearing setting forth a
time , date , place and purposes of said hearing was published
in a newspaper of general circulation in the city , more than
fifteen ( 15 ) days prior to said public hearing ; and
WHEREAS , following said public hearing , the Planning Commi -
ssion certified to the Board of Directors its recommendation
that an ordinance be adopted amending the planning area boundary
of the City of Fayetteville .
NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the planning area boundary of the City
of Fayetteville , Arkansas be and the same hereby is amended as
shown on the plat attached hereto , marked Exhibit "A" , and made
a part hereof .
Section 2 . That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from and after its passage , approval
and publication .
