ORDINANCE NO . CIRCUIT CLEPK
AN ORDINANCE TO NAME A STREET WITHIN THE CORPORATE
LIMITS OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS .
WHEREAS , it has been recommended to the Board of
Directors of the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , that an
ordinance be adopted naming and designating a certain
street " Crossover Road" .
NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the street marked in red on the
plat attached hereto , marked Exhibit "A" , be and the
same hereby is named , designated and called " Crossover
Road" .
Section 2 . That this Ordinance shall be in full
force and effect from and after its passage , approval
and publication .
