BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the zone classification of the following
property be , and is , hereby changed as indicated :
( a) R72 - 41 - described as : Part of the NE 1 / 4 of the
SW 1 / 4 of Section 1 , T - 16 - N , R - 30 - W , described as
follows : Beginning on the South line of right - of=
way of Highway 45 at a point 219 . 1 feet West and
620 . 7 feet North of the SE corner of said 40 acre
tract and running thence South 620 . 7 feet to the
forty line , thence with the forty line West 325
feet ; thence North 100 feet ; thence West 108 feet ;
thence South 100 feet ; thence West 216 feet ; thence
North 0 ° 34 ' West 367 . 4 feet to the right - of -way of
Highway 45 ; thence along said right - of - way Northeast
700 feet to the point of beginning .
from R - 1 , Low Density Residential to A - 1 , Agri -
cultural District .
(b ) R72 - 42 - described as : Part of the W 1 / 2 of the
NE 1 / 4 of Section 35 , Township - 17 - North , Range -
30 - West , of the 5th Principal Meridian being more

Section 3 . That this Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage , approval and publication ,
and all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
are hereby repealed .
