JAN ORDINANCE TO NAME A STREET WITHIN THE CORPOR>ACfEN$r?gs
OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS . AUTA KOLLME tt
CIRCUIT CLERK
WHEREAS , it has been recommended to the Board of Directors
of the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas that an Ordinance be adopted ,
naming and designating the following described property to be
"Van Asche Drive " :
Beginning at a point which is approximately 390 feet
west of the Northeast corner of the Northwest quarter
of the Southeast quarter of Section Twenty - Seven (-27 ) ,
Township Seventeen ( 17 ) North , Range Thirty ( 30 ) West ,
where a quarter - section line intersects with the centerline
of Johnson Road , then running West along an existing street
2 , 250 feet to the end of said street .
NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the above described street shall herea£terer
be named , called and designated Van Asche Drive .
Section 2 . That this Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage , approval and publication .
