CIRCUIT-CLERK
AN ORDINANCE TO ACCEPT AND CONFIRM THE DEDICATION OF A
PUBLIC STREET IN THE MAPLE MANOR APARTMENT COMPLEX .
WHEREAS , there has been presented to the Board of Directors
a plat of the Maple Manor Apartment Complex , and
WHEREAS , the owner desires to dedicate for the public use
the street and utility easement shown upon said plat ;
WHEREAS , the Planning Commission of the City of Fayetteville ,
Arkansas , is recommended the acceptance of said street .
NOW , THEREFORE , be it ordained by the Board of Directors of
the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas :
Section 1 . That the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , hereby
accepts and confirms the dedication of the street and utility
easement shown therein , hereby declares said street and utility
easements to be public street and utility easements and said
Board of Directors hereby assumes the care , control and jurisdic -
tion of same .
Section 2 . That this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage , approval and publication . _
