AN ORDINANCE REZONING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS , AMENDING ORDINANCE NO . 1747 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES , FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS , AND AMENDING
THE ZONING DISTRICT MAP OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS ; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
SECTION 1 . That the zone classification of the following
properties be , and is hereby , changed as indicated :
( a ) - R72 - 36 - described as :
A part of the NW 1 / 4 of the NE 1 / 4 of Section 23 , T - 16 - N ,
R - 30 - W , of the 5th P . M . being more particularly described
as follows : Starting at the NE corner of said 40 acre
tract , thence South 521 . 501 ; thence S 84 ° W , 886 . 50 ' to
a point in the centerline of Highway 16 East ; thence
S 4 ° E , 210 . 00 ' to the point of beginning ; thence S 4 ° E ,
344 ' to a fence ; thence S 83 ° W , 145 ' to a fence corner
post ; thence N 4 ° W , 344 ' ; thence N 830 E , 145. ' to the
point of beginning and containing 1 . 1 acres more or less .

SECTION 2 . That the official zoning map of the City of
Fayetteville , Arkansas , be , and it hereby is , amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate
the necessary changes provided for in Section 1 hereof .
