AN ORDINANCE REZONING VARIOUS PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS , AMEDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0 , 1747 OF
THE CODE OF ORDINANCES , FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS , AMENDING ZONING
DISTRICT MAP OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS ; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the zone classification of the following
property be , and is , hereby changed as indicated :
R - 72 - 30 - described as : Part of the NW 1 / 4 of the
SW 1 / 4 of Section 24 , T - 17 - N , R - 30 -W, and being
more particularly described as follows , to - wit :
Beginning at a point 370 feet East of the NW
corner of said 40 acre tract , thence South to
the centerline of Zion Public Road , thence East
with the centerline of said road 135 feet , thence
North to the North line of said 40 acre tract ,
thence West 135 feet to the point of beginning .
from A - 1 , Agricultural District , to R - 1 , Low Density
Residential District .
Section 19 . That the official zoning map of the City of
Fayetteville , Arkansas , be , and it hereby is , amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the necessary changes provided for in Section 1 hereof .
Secion 3 . That this Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage , approval and publication ,
and all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
are hereby repealed .
