J FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS , AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO . 1747 OF
THE CODE OF ORDINANCES , FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS , AMENDING ZONING
DISTRICT MAP OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS ; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the zone classification of the following
property be , and is , hereby changed as indicated :
R72 - 27 - described as : The East 500 feet of the
following described property : Part of the SW quarter
of the NW quarter of Section 33 , T - 16 - N , R - 30 - W of
the 5th P . M . , and being more particularly described
as follows , to - wit : Beginning at a point 46 feet East
and 40 feet South of the NW corner of said 40 acre
tract ; thence N 88 ° 48 ' E , 1170 feet ; thence S 06 ° 30 '
E ) 251 feet ; thence S 050 30 ' E , 448 feet ; thence
West 1100 feet ; thence N 120 W , 672 feet to the point
of beginning .
from A - 1 , Agricultural District , I - 1 , Heavy Commercial
and Light Industrial District , and C - 2 , Thoroughfare

Section 2 . That the official zoning map of the City of
Fayetteville , Arkansas , be , and it hereby is , amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the necessary changes provided for in Section 1 hereof .
Section 3 . That this Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage , approval and publication ,
and all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
are hereby repealed .
