AN ORDINANCE TO CORRECT THE LEGAL DESCRIPTI41VOAI1` 3 D
IN ORDINANCE NO . 1876 , PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE `'B0�(•RAc tlh r
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS , ON AUGUI'1 ,
1972 .
WHEREAS , the Board of Directors of the City of Fayetteville ,
Arkansas , did on the first day of August , 1972 , pass and approve
Ordinance No . 1876 which contained an erroneous legal descrip -
tion , and
WHEREAS , said legal description should have read as follows ,
to - wit :
A part of the Northwest quarter (NW 1 / 4 ) of the South -
east quarter ( SE 1 / 4 ) of Section Thirteen ( 13 ) , Town -
ship Sixteen (16 ) North , Range Thirty ( 30 ) West ,
more particularly described as follows , to - wit :
Beginning at the Southwest corner of said forty ( 40 )
acre tract , and running , thence East 295 feet , thence
North to the center line of the Wyman Road , thence in
a Southwesterly direction along the center line of
said Wyman Road to the West line of said forty (40 )
acre tract , thence South to the point of beginning ,
containing one ( 1 ) acre , more or less .
and ,
WHEREAS , said Board of Directors desires to correct said
legal description :
NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Directors
of the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas :
Section 1 . That the legal description contained herein
be and the same hereby is , substituted for the legal description
found in Ordinance No . 1876 .
Section 2 . That this Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage , approval and publication .
