AN ORDINANCE REZONING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE H OF
C� FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS , AMENDING ORDINANCE N0 , 1747 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES , FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS , AND AMENDING
THE ZONING DISTRICT MAP OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS ; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES ,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
SECTION 1 , That the zone classification of the following
properties be , and is hereby , changed as indicated :
( a ) - R72 - 21 - described as :
Part of the SW 1 / 4 of the SE 1 / 4 of Section 21 , in
T - 16 - N , of R - 30 - W , of the 5th P . M . described as
beginning at a point on the West side of State Highway
road which is 418 1 / 2 feet South along said West line of
road from its intersection with the North line of
said forty acre tract , and running thence South 65
feet ; thence West 200 feet ; thence North 65 feet ; thence
East 200 feet to the place of beginning , except that
part along the east side that lies in the road , con -
taining two - tenths :( 0 . 2 ) acres more or less .
from C - 2 , Thoroughfare Commercial District to R - 2 , Medium
Density Residential District .
(b ) - R72 - 22 - described as :
Part of the SW 1 / 4 of the SW 1 / 4 of Section 21 in
Township ( 16 ) North of Range ( 30 ) West , described as
follows , to - wit : Beginning at a point 160 ft . North
of the Southwest Corner of said forty acre tract , and
running thence East 200 feet , thence North 75 feet ,
thence West 200 ft . thence South 75 feet to point of
beginning . Also a part of SW 1 / 4 of SW 1 / 4 of Section
21 , T - 16 - N of Range 30 West more particularly des -
cribed as follows , to - wit : Beginning at a point 100
feet North of SW corner of said 40 acre tract running
thence North 60 feet , thence East 200 feet , thence South
25 feet , thence West 65 feet , thence South 35 feet , thence
West 135 feet to the point of beginning .

SECTION 2 . That the official zoning map of the City of
Fayetteville , Arkansas , be , and it hereby is , amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate
the necessary changes provided for in Section 1 hereof .
SECTION 3 . That this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage , approval and publication
and all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
are hereby repealed .
