AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 2 - 2 OF THE FAYETTEVILLE CODE OF
ORDINANCES TO ESTABLISH REGULAR MEETINGS OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS ON
THE FIRST AND THIRD TUESDAYS OF EACH CALENDAR MONTH ; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That Section 2 - 2 of the Code of Ordinances , City of
Fayetteville , Arkansas , is hereby amended to read as follows :
"Sec . 2 - 2 . Board of Directors meetings .
Regular meetings of the Board of Directors shall be held
on Tuesday in the first and third weeks of each calendar month
at 7 : 30 p . m . , in the City Board of Directors Room of the City
Administration Building . "
Section 2 . That the regular meeting of the Board of Directors
scheduled for July 4 , 1972 be and the same hereby is changed to
July S , 1972 .
Section 3 . This ordinance being necessary to establish the
regular meeting dates for meetings of the Board of Directors , an
emergency is declared to exist and this Ordinance shall be in full
force from the date of its approval .
