ORDINANCE N0 . /90_ ,
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE TIMEIFOi1( pW%iENT OF
ASSESSMENTS IN CERTAIN IMPROVEMENT ANDCASSESggMEN'F DISTRICTS

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
�j Section 1 . That section 4 of ordinance number 1745 ,
section 4 of ordinance number 1746 , section 4 of ordinance
number 1751 , section 4 of ordinance number 1752 , section 4
of ordinance number 1753 , section 4 of ordinance number 1755 ,
and section 4 of ordinance number 1759 of the City of
Fayetteville , Arkansas , are hereby amended as follows :
" Section 4 . That ten percent ( 10 % ) of said
assessment of the value of the benefits of each
of said lot , blocks , or subdivisions of land
shall be paid annually on or before the time
provided by law for paying the first installment
of general taxes on the property until the whole
of said assessment shall have been paid . Provided
that the first payment shall be made on or before
May 1 , 1972 , together with interest at the rate
of ten percent ( 10 % ) per annum from the completion
of said improvements . "
Section 2 . That all ordinances and all parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed .
Section 3 . That this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect after its passage , approval , and publication .
