WASHIANRGTFN CO 14TY AS ALMA IIRCUITLCLERK R AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO . 1747 AND ZONING DISTRICT MAP OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS , APPROVED JUNE 292 1970 , TO REZONE CERTAIN PROPERTY FROM R - 1 , Low Density Residential District , to C - 1 , Neighborhood Commercial District , WHEREAS , A public hearing was held before the Planning Commission of the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , on February 1 , 1972 . on a petition by Dillon Food Stores requesting that said Planning Commission recommend to the Board of Directors of the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , that the Board of Directors enact an ordinance rezoning the following described property presently zoned R - 1 , Low Density Residential District , to C - 2 , Thoroughfare Commercial District , to - wit : Part of the WZ of the SE4 of the SWI, of Section 2 , T - 16 - N , R - 30 - W , described as follows , to - wit : Beginning at a point 520 feet North and 350 feet East of the SW corner of said 20 acre tract , and running thence East 175 feet , thence South 80 feet , thence East 135 feet , thence North 654 . 19 feet , more or less , to the center line of State Highway # 45 , thence Southwesterly with the center line of said State Highway # 45 , 335 . 59 feet , more or less , to a point due North of the beginning point and thence South 525 . 68 feet , more or less , to the point of beginning , except that portion of said lands located within the boundaries of State Highway # 45 .
