ONI) t*T*O ��nN#lRE - HOUSE AND WHOLESALE ESTABLISHMENTS AS A COND )�"�P�� IS C - 2 , THOROUGHFARE COMMERCIAL DISTRICT ; AND FO 9SES , C�RCUIT CLERK WHEREAS , a public hearing was held before t e Planning Commission of the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , on October 19 , 1971 , on a proposed amendment to permit warehouse and wholesale uses in C - 2 , Thoroughfare Commercial District on appeal to the l Planning Commission ; and , C1 WHEREAS , notice of said public hearing setting forth th'e L v time , date , place and purposes of said hearing was published in the Northwest Arkansas Times , a newspaper of general circu - lation in the City , more than fifteen (15 ) days prior to said public hearing ; and , WHEREAS , following said public hearing , said Planning Commission certified to the Board of Directors of the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , its recommendation that an Ordinance be adopted amending Ordinance No . 1747 . NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS : Section 1 , That Article 5 , Section [ VI ] , Subsection [ C ] of Ordinance No . 1747 JAppendix A , Code of Ordinances , City of Fayetteville , Arkansas ] is hereby amended by adding the follow - ing : "Unit 21 - Warehousing and Wholesale " Section 2 . That all Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage , approval , and publication .
