ALMA KOLLMEYER CIpCUIT CLERK WHEREAS , a public hearing was held be ore the Planning Commission of the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , on October 19 , 1971 , on a proposed amendment to permit single family and two family dwellings in R - 0 , Residential - Office District , and ; WHEREAS , notice of said public hearing setting forth the G time , date , and place and purposes of said hearing was published in the Northwest Arkansas Times , a newspaper of general circu - lation in the City , more than fifteen (15 ) days prior to said public hearing , and ; WHEREAS , following said public hearing , said Planning Commission certified to the Board of Directors of the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , its recommendation that an Ordinance be adopted amending Ordinance No . 1747 . NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS : Section 1 , That Article 5 , Section [ X ] , Subsection [ B ] , of Ordinance No . 1747 [Appendix A , Code of Ordinances , City of Fayetteville , Arkansas ] is hereby amended by adding the follow - ing : "Unit 8 - Single family and two family dwellings " Section 2 . That all Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage , approval and publication .
