AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0 , 1747 TOIRRRI R1
HOME FURNITURE ESTABLISHMENTS IN C - 1 , NEIGHBORHOOD
COMMERCIAL DISTRICT , AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN
CONFLICT HEREWITH .
BE IT ORDIANED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That Ordinance number 1747 , Article 6 ,
Section XV , Subsection [ B ] is hereby amended by adding
the following new material :
"Home Furniture Store "
Section 2 . That all Ordinances and all parts of
Ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed and
this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage , approval and publication .
