AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING OFF - STREET PARKING MET
FACILITIES AT THE FAYETTEVILLE MUNICIPAL AIRPORT (DRAKEFIELD ) .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
SECTION 1 . That Article V , Division 3 , Section 19 - 185
of the Code of Ordinances , City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , is
hereby amended by adding a subsection to be numbered ( 13 ) ,
which said subsection reads as follows :
" ( 13 ) The east twenty - three ( 23 ) existing parking spaces
west of the Terminal Building located at the Fayetteville
Municipal Airport (Drakefield ) . "
SECTION 2 . That this Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage , approval and publication .
