ORDINANCE NO . 176
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0 , 1747 TO PERMIT
MARINE CRAFT ESTABLISHMENTS IN USE UNIT 17 AND REPEALING
ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That Ordinance number 1747 , Article 6 ,
Section XVII , Subsection /-B T is hereby amended by
adding the followign new material :
"Marine craft , sales and service
Boats and Accessories "
Section 2 . That all Ordinances and all parts of
Ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed and
this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage , approval and publication .
