AN ORDINANCE TO ACCEPT AND CONFIRM THE FINAL PLAT
OF SUN VALLEY ADDITION , A SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS , AND TO ACCEPT AND CONFIRM THE
DEDICATION OF THE STREETS AND UTILITY EASEMENTS THEREIN :
WHEREAS , there has been presented to the Board of
Director of the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , a plat
dated p , 19 7V , known as the final plat
of the sum Valley Addition , a subdivision of the City of
Fayetteville , Arkansas in which the owner has dedicated
for the public use the streets and utility easementsshown
upon said plat ;
WHEREAS , the Planning Commission of the City of
Fayetteville , Arkansas , has recommended the acceptance of
said plat ;
NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
SECTION 1 . That the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas ,
hereby accepts and confirms the dedication of the streets
and utility easements shown therein , and hereby declares
said street and utility easements to be public street and
utility easements and said Board of Directors hereby
assume the care , control and jurisdiction of same .
SECTION 2 : That this ordinance shall be in full
force and effect from and after its passage , approval ,
and publication .
