AN ORDINANCE TO ACCEPT AND CONFIRM THE FINAL PLAT OF
BUTTERFIELD SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLIV� HINGTONCOUNTY
ARKANSAS , AND TO ACCEPT AND CONFIRM THE DEDICATION A% ARKANSAS
THE STREETS AND UTILITY EASEMENTS THEREIN : CIRCUIT CLERK R
WHEREAS , there has been presented to the Board of
Directors of the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , a plat ,
dated / 919 L. known as the final
plat or A e Autterrioid 5u divis on of the City of
Fayetteville , Arkansas , in which the owner has dedicated
For the public use the street and utility easements
shown upon said plat ;
WHEREAS , the Planning Commission of the City of
Fayetteville , Arkansas , has recommended the acceptance
of said plat ;
NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIR-
ECTORS OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas ,
hereby accepts and confirms the dedication of the street
and utility easements shown therein , and hereby declares
said street and utility easements to be public street
and utility easements and said Board of Directors hereby
assume the care , control and ,jurisdiction of same .
Section 2 . That this ordinance shall be in full
force and effect from and after its passage , approval ,
and publication .
