AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 19 , ARTICLE 5 , DIVISION 2 , OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES , CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS .
BE IT ORDAINED , BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That Chapter 19 , Article 5 , Division 2 , Section
19 - 169 , sub -section B , sub -paragraph 9 , of the Code of Ordinances
City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , shall hereafter read as follows :
( 9 ) Church Avenue from Mountain Street to Rock Street on
the East side .
Section 2 . That this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage , approval and publication .
