AN ORDINANCE TO DESIGNATE AN AREA WHERE PARKING IS PROHIBITED .
BE IT ORDAINED , BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the area on the East side of Church Avenue
between Center Street and Mountain Street in the City of Fay -
etteville , Arkansas , .is hereby designated as an area where the
parking of vehicles is prohibited .
Section 2 . That the traffic engineer of the City of Fay -
etteville , Arkansas is hereby authorized and directed to indicate
said area by appropriate. markings or signs giving notice of the
prohibition .
Section 3 . That this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect .from and after its passage , approval and publication .
