AN ORDINANCE TO ACCEPT AND CONFIRM A FINAL PLAT sO ,,AWAEFILATT
OF LOTS 41 AND 42 OF PART # 1 OF SHERW COD FOREST tSTATE[$�-;RAN
ADDITION TO THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS , AND TO ACCEPT
AND CONFIRM THE DEDICATION OF THE STREETS AND UTILITY EASE -
MENTS THEREIN :
WHEREAS , there has been presented to the Board of Directors
of the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , a plat , dated November 28 ,
' 1969 , known as a final plat of a replat of lots 41 and 42 in Part
# 1 of Sherwood Forest Estates , an Addition to the City of Fay -
etteville , Arkansas , in which the owner has dedicated for the
public use the street and utility easements shown upon said plat ;
WHEREAS , the Planning Commission of the City of Fayetteville ,
Arkansas , has recommended the acceptance of said plat ;
NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , hereby
accepts and confirms the final plat of a replat of lots 41 and 42
in Part # 1 of Sherwood Forest Estates , an Addition to the City
of Fayetteville , Arkansas , and accepts and confirms the dedication
of the streets and utility easements shown therein , and hereby
declare said street and utility easements to be public street and
utility easements and said Board of Directors hereby assume the
care , control and jurisdiction of same .
Section 2 . That this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage approval and publication .
PASSED AND APPROVED this Z9 day of January , 1970 .
