NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS : SECTION 1 . That the second sentence in the description of said ordinance shall hereafter read as follows : " Beginning at a point on Highway 16 West 220 feet " SECTION 2 . That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed , and this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage , approval , and publication . 4 PASSED and APPROVED this_2 day of , 1969 .
