WHEREAS , at its regul r meeting on October 6 , 1969 , the
Board of Directors of the lity of Fayetteville , Arkansas ,
adopted Ordinance No . 1710 , giving a certain described street i
in the City of Fayetteville the name Cabinet Lane , and there
was an error in the description of such described street .
NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
SECTION 1 . That the second sentence in the description
of said ordinance shall hereafter read as follows :
" Beginning at a point on Highway 16 West 220 feet "
SECTION 2 . That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed , and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage ,
approval , and publication . 4
