CiRCUIT CLE YES WHEREAS , a public hearing was held before the P1annRi� g Com - mission of the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , on May 16 , 1967 , on a petition requesting that said Planning Commission recommend to the Board of Directors of the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , that the Board of Directors enact an ordinance rezoning the following described property , presently zoned R - 1A , Single Family Residential District to R - 4 , Multi - Family Residential District , to - wit : Beginning at a point 19 rods and one and one - half ( 1 1 / 2 ) feet East of the Southwest ( SW ) corner of the Northeast Quarter ( NE 1 / 4 ) of the Southeast Quarter ( SE 1 / 4 ) of Section 8 , Town - ship Sixteen North , Range Thirty West , thence East One hundred fifteen feet ( 115 ' ) ; thence North one hundred seventy feet ( 170 ' ) ; thence East sixty five feet ( 65 ' ) ; thence North three hundred fifty eight feet ( 358 ' ) ; thence West one hundred eighty feet ( 180 ' ) ; thence South five hundred twenty eight feet ( 528 ' ) to the place of beginning , containing 1 . 9 acres more or less on the north side of Cleveland Street between Sunset and Hall Avenue . and , WHEREAS , notice of said public hearing , setting forth the date , time , place and purposes of said hearing and location of the property was published . .in the . WHEREAS , after a public hearing on the petition , the Board of Directors feel that it would be to the best interest of the City of Fayetteville that such property be rezoned to R - 2 , Two Family Resi - dential District , NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS : SECTION 1 .
