WASHINGTON COUNTY
AN ORDINANCE TO NAME A STREET WITHIN THE CORPQE tojttgR5ROF
THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS , CIRCUIT CLERK
WHEREAS , at its regular meeting on September 16 , 1969 , the
City Planning Commission adopted Resolution PC 45 - 69 , and
thereby recommended to the Board of Directors of the City of
✓ Fayetteville that an ordinance be adopted officially naming an
unnamed road to be Giles Road , to - wit :
This street is located and situated as follows :
Beginning at a point on the north side of Highway
16 West approximately twelve hundred and fifty
( 1250 ) feet west of the southeast corner of the
SW 1 / 4 of the NE 1 / 4 of Section 7 , Township 16
North , Range 30 West and running in a northeasterly
direction until it intersects Dorthy Jeanne Street
in Giles Addition .
NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
SECTION 1 . That the above described street , shall hereafter
be named , called , and officially designated to be Giles Road ,
SECTION 2 . That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed , and this ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from and after its passage , approval
and publication .
