ORDINANCE NO . ARKANSAS
ALMA KOLLMEYER
AN ORDINANCE TO NAME A STREET WITHIN THE CORPORAWP &WEK
OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS .
WHEREAS , at its regular meeting on September 16 , 1969 , the
City Planning Commission adopted Resolution PC 44 - 69 , and there -
by recommended to the Board of Directors of the . C.ity of Fayette -
ville that an ordinance be adopted , naming and designating the
following described property , presently known as Giles Road , to
be Cabinet Lane :
This street is located and situated as follows :
Beginning at a point on Highway 16 West 520 feet
West of the Southeast corner of the Southwest
Quarter of the Northeast Quarter , of Section 7 ,
Township 16 North , Range 30 West , thence running
approximately 1260 feet in a northerly direction
to its termination at the edge of the new Highway
71 By - Pass .
NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
SECTION 1 . That the above described street , presently known
as Giles Road , shall hereafter be named , called , and designated
Cabinet Lane .
SECTION 2 . That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed , and this ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from and after its passage , approval ,
and publication .
