OF LOTS 18 AND 19 , GREEN ACRES SUBDIVISION , DATED AUGUST 89 19699
SIN THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS , AND TO ACCEPT AND CONFIRM
THE DEDICATION OF THE STREETS AND UTILITY EASEMENTS THEREIN .
WHEREAS , there has been duly presented to the Board of
Directors of the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , a final Plat ,
dated August 8 , 1969 , known as the Replat of Lot 1 , Block A .
Stanberry Subdivision , and Lots 18 and 19 , Green Acres Sub -
division , in which the owner has dedicated for the public use
the streets and utility easements shown upon said Plat ; and

WHEREAS , the Planning Commission of the City of Fayetteville ,
Arkansas , has recommended the acceptance of said plat ;
NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
SECTION 1 . That the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , hereby
accepts and confirms the final Plat of a Replat of Lot 1 , Block A ,
Stanberry Subdivision , and Lots 18 and 19 , Green Acres Subdivision ,
to the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , and accepts and confirms
the dedication of the streets and utility easements shown therein ,
and hereby declares said streets and utility easements to be public
streets and utility easements and said Board of Directors hereby
assume the care , control and jurisdiction of same .
SECTION 2 . That this Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage , . approval and publication .
