WHEREAS , at its regular meeting on August 19 , 1969 , the City Planning Commission adopted Resolution PC - 38 - 69 , and thereby recommended to the Board of Directors of the City of Fayetteville that an ordinance be adopted , naming and desig - nating the following described property to be TRUCKERS DRIVE . This street is located and situated as follows : Beginning at a point on the west side of State Highway 112 , where the street herein described intersects said Highway , which point is approximately one hundred sixty five ( 165 ) feet east and four hundred seventeen and seventy four hundredths ( 417 . 74 ) feet south of the northwest corner of the Northeast Quarter ( NE 1 / 4 ) of the Northeast Quarter ( NE 1 / 4 ) of Section 33 , Township 17 North , Range 30 West , and running thence west along said street 1237 . 5 feet to the end of said street .
