NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS : SECTION 1 . That the description in said ordinance shall hereafter read as follows : i 14 Part of the North half of the Northeast Quarter of Section 33 , Township 17 North , Range 30 West described as follows : Beginning 165 feet East of the Northwest corner Ne Ne of Section 33 and running thence South 417 . 74 feet , thence West 819.76 feet , then 417 . 74 feet North , thence East 819 . 76 feet to the place of beginning , 7 . 83 acres , more or less , less that part within the right of way of highway 112 and east of it in the Northeast corner .
