AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND SECTION 20 - 21 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF
THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF FAY -
ETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
SECTION 1 . That Section 20 - 21 of the code of ordinances is
hereby amended to read as follows :
" Each taxicab driver of any taxicab operated within the
city shall display a schedule of rates , a zoning map of
the city , and proper identification , including a picture
of the licensed driver of such taxic'ab . "
SECTION 2 . That this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage , approval , and publication .
