AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO . 1239 OF THE „ CO,4p. ,F�,�F �� NANCES OF

FEET ABOVE MEAN SEA LEVEL ,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF FAYETTE -
VILLE , ARKANSAS :
SECTION 1 . That no building permit shall be issued by the Build -
ing Inspector for the erection or alteration of any building ( s ) or
structure ( s ) on lands known as the Fayetteville Industrial Park unless
the applicant submits a plat and / or plans in duplicate drawn to scale ,
indicating that the finish floor elevation of such building ( s ) or
structure ( s) will be built at a minimum of 1193 feet above mean sea
level .
SECTION 2 . That - it shall be unlawful for any tenant or occupant
of the Fayetteville Industrial Park to erect or alter any building ( s )
or structure ( s.) to the extent that the finish floor elevation is less
than 1193 feet above mean sea level .
SECTION 3 . That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage , approval and publication .
