AN ORDINANCE TO ACCEPT AND CONFIRM THE FINAL 01,20 paRA ` kOD
ADDITION SUBDIVISION TO THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILL [y�Ms )5. , AND
TO ACCEPT AND CONFIRM THE DEDICATION OF THE STRE ww TILITY
EASEMENTS THEREIN .
WHEREAS , there has been duly presented to the Board of
Directors of the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , a plat dated
April 22 , 1969 , known as the Final Plat of Rockwood Addition
Subdivision to the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , in which the
owner has dedicated for the public use the streets and utility
easements shown upon said plat ; and
WHEREAS , the Planning Commission of the City of Fayetteville ,
Arkansas , has recommended the acceptance of said plat ;
NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
SECTION 1 . That the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , here -
by accepts and confirms the Final Plat of Rockwood Addition
Subdivision to the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , and accepts
and confirms the dedication of the street and utility easements
shown therein , and hereby declares said street and utility ease -
ments to be public streets and utility easements and said Board ;
of Directors hereby assume the care , control and jurisdiction
of same . '
SECTION 2 . That this Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage , 1approval and publication .
