AN ORDINANCE TO ACCEPT AND CONFIRM THE FINAL PLATVIOPHI CW' ! &'Wf SON
SUBDIVISION TO THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS , AA � C UPT AND
CONFIRM THE DEDICATION OF THE STREET AND UTILITY EA IM6USLUffEREIN .
WHEREAS , there has been duly presented to the Board of Directors
of the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , a plat dated May 3 , 1969 , known
as the Final Plat of Wilson - Wilson Subdivision to the City of Fayette -
ville , Arkansas , in which the owners have dedicated for the public use
the streets and utility easements shown upon said plat ; and
WHEREAS , the Planning Commission of the City of Fayetteville ,
Arkansas , has recommended the acceptance of said plat ;
NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
SECTION 1 . That the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , hereby
accepts and confirms the Final Plat of Wilson - Wilson Subdivision to
the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , and accepts and confirms the ded -
ication of the street and utility easements shown therein , and hereby
declares said street and utility easements to be public streets and
utility easements and said Board of Directors hereby assume the care ,
control and jurisdiction of same .
SECTION 2 . That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage , approval and publication .
