ARKANSAS , AND TO ACCEPT AND CONFIRM THE DEDICATION OF THE STREET % D
UTILITY EASEMENTS THEREIN .
WHEREAS , there has been duly presented to the Board of,' Directors
of the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , a plat dated March , 1969 ,
known as Phase Two of the Final Subdivision Plat of Winwood Estates
Subdivision to the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , in which the
owner has dedicated for the public use the street and utility
easements shown upon said plat ; and
WHEREAS , the Planning Commission of the City of Fayetteville ,
Arkansas , has recommended the acceptance of said plat ;
NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
SECTION 1 . That the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , hereby accepts
and confirms ' Phase Two of the Final Subdivision Plat of Winwood
Estates Subdivision to the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , and accepts
and confirms the dedication of the street and utility easements
shown therein , and hereby declares said streets and utility easements
to be public street and utility easements and said Board of Directors
hereby assume the care , control and jurisdiction of same .
SECTION 2 . That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage , approval and publication .
PASSED AND APPROVED this day of 1969 .
