MULTI - FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT .
WHEREAS , a public hearing was held before the Planning Commission
of the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , on May 20 , 1969 , on the petition
of Ralph Stubblefield , Roland Stubblefield , and Mr . and Mrs . Ellis
C . Bogan , requesting that said Planning Commission recommend to the
Board of Directors of the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , that the
Board of Directors enact an ordinance rezoning the following described
property , presently zoned A - 1 , Annexed Territory District , to
R - lA , Single Family Residential District and R - 3 , Multi - Family
Residential District , to - w.it :

That the following described property in Tract A be rezoned
from A - 1 , Annexed Territory District to R - lA , Single Family
Residential District :
A part of the North half of the Southeast Quarter of Section
twenty five ( 25 ) , in Township seventeen ( 17 ) North , Range
thirty ( 30 ) West , described as follows : Beginning at the
Southeast corner of said 80 - acre tract THENCE North 150
feet ; THENCE Weat 1 , 783 . 20 feet ; THENCE North 250 feet ;
THENCE South 85 27 ' West 630 . 05 feet , more or less , to the
center line of the Old Missouri Road ; THENCE with center

of general circulation in said city , more than 15 days prior to
said public hearing , and
WHEREAS , following said public hearing , said Planning
Commission certified to the Board of Directors of the City of
Fayetteville , its recommendation that an ordinance be adopted
rezoning the above - described property , presently zoned A - 1 ,
Annexed Territory District , to R - lA , Single Family Residential
District and R - 3 , Multi - Family Residential District .
NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
SECTION 1 . That the above - described property , which is presently
zoned A - 1 , Annexed Territory District , be and the same hereby is
rezoned to R - 1A , Single Family Residential District and R - 3 ,
Multi - Family Residential District .
SECTION 2 . That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed , and this ordinance shall be
in full force and effect from and after its passage , approval and
publication .
