Lf , if Cl tl;7 - - AN ORDINANCE TO CORRECT THE DESCRIPTION IN THE SECOND `FA' GRAPHtt_ n r DESIGNATED "TRACT NUMBERED 1 " OF ORDINANCE NUMBERED 1628 , WHICH ' WAS PASSED AND APPROVED NOV . 40 1968 , AND WHICH CONTAINED CERTAIN ERRORS IN THE STATED PARAGRAPH . WHEREAS , at the regular Board meeting on November 4 , 1968 , the Board of Directors of the City of Fayetteville passed and iJ approved ordinance No . 1628 , and the 2nd paragraph , designated "Tract Numbered 1 " contained errors of description in the first line of said paragraph , said first line reading as follows : "All that part of the North 1 , 020 feet of the South East Quarter of the North East . . . " NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS . Sec . 1 . That the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , hereby corrects the description in the second paragraph , designated "Tract Numbered 1 " , line 1 of said paragraph , to read as follows : ' 'All that part of the North 1 , 020 feet of the Southwest quarter of the Southeast . . . " Sec . 2 . That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage , approval , and publication . PASSED AND APPROVED this j day of January , 1969 .
