NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS : SECTION 1 . That the Annexation of the above-described territory to the corporate limits of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas , be and the same is hereby accepted, and all of said territory is hereby assigned to and made a part of Ward 1 of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas . SECTION 2 . This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect immediately upon passage, approval, and publication . PASSED AND APPROVED this 4th day of November, 1968.
