That an annexation of the above - described territory to the corporate limits of the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , be and the same is hereby accepted , and 11 of said territory is hereby assigned to and made a part of Ward of the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas . SECTION 2 . This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage , approval and publication . PASSED AND APPROVED this a 9- day of 1968 .
