s WHEREAS , there has been duly presented to the Board of Directors
C1 of the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas a replat of Lots 1- 9 Block 1 in
Rew Arrow No . 1 and Lots 7 - 18 in Block 1 of Red Arrow No . 2 , subdivi -
sions to the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , dated I . 1 -/ loc
1968 , in which the owners have dedicated for the public use ; the streets ,
alleys and easements shown upon said plat ; and
\� WHEREAS , the Planning Commission of the City of Fayetteville ,
\`)v� Arkansas , has recommended the acceptance of said plat ,
NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
SECTION 1 . That the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas hereby accepts
and confirms said replat of Lots 1- 9 of Block 1 in Red Arrow No . 1
and Lots 7 - 18 in Block 1 of Red Arrow No . 2 , subdivisions to the City of
Fayetteville , Arkansas, accepts and confirmsthe dedication of all streets ,
alleys and easements dedicated therein , and hereby declares said streets ,
alleys and easements to be public streets , alleys and easements , and
the Board of Directors hereby assume the care , control and jurisdiction
of the same .
SECTION 2 . That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage , approval anj publication .
PASSED AND APPROVED this day of 1968 .
