AN ORDINANCE TO ACCEPT AND CONFIRM THE PLAT OF PART I .$H£A�JDQAJOT
ESTATES ADDITION TO THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS , 'AND : TO;��ACCEP,T
AND CONFIRM THE DEDICATION OF THE STREETS , ALLEYS , AND EASEMENTS
THEREIN .
WHEREAS , there has been duly presented to the Board of
Directors of the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , a plat of the Part I
of the Sherwood Forest Estates Addition to the City of Fayetteville ,
Arkansas , dated April , 1968 , in which the owners have dedicated for
the public use the streets , alleys and easements shown upon said plat ;
and
WHEREAS , the City Planning Commission of the City of Fayette -
ville , Arkansas has recommended the acceptance of said plat ,
NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
SECTION 1 . That the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas hereby
accepts and confirms said plat of Part I of Sherwood Forest Estates
Addition , accepts and confirms the dedication of all streets , alleys
and easements dedicated therein , and hereby declares said streets , alleys
and easements to be public streets , alleys and easements , and the Board
of Directors hereby assumes the care , control and jurisdiction of the
same .
SECTION 2 . That this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage , �ap�p/rova and publication .
