ALMA K�LLP EY', WHEREAS , there has been duly presented to the Directors of Fayetteville , Arkansas , a quitclaim deed dated June 1 , 1968 , wherein the grantor. Keith B . Garton , and Nancy Garton , husband and wife , and Jerry Lee Bailey and Geneva Christine Bailey , husband and wife , Walker Bailey and Lora E . Bailey , husband and wife , have granted for the public use certain lands to the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , for the purpose of a public street , said lands being situated in Washington County and described as follows , to-wit : A part of the Northeast quarter ( NE 1/4 ) of the Northeast quarter (NE 1/4 ) of Section Thirty-Six ( 36 ) in Township Seventeen ( 17 ) North of Range Thirty ( 30 ) West , described as follows : Beginning at a point which is 470 feet West of the Southeast corner of the above mentioned 40 acre tract , and running thence North 532 feet , thence West 850 feet , thence South 30 feet , thence East 820 feet , thence South 502 feet , thence East 30 feet to the point of beginning . ALSO , a 30 foot strip of equal and uniform width off the West side of the following described parcel : Part of the Southeast quarter ( SE 1/4 ) of tSe Northeast quarter ( NE 1/4 ) of Section Thirty-Six ( 36 ) in Township Seventeen ( 17 ) North of Range Thirty ( 30 ) West described as beginning at the Northeast corner of said 40 acre tract and running West 500 feet , thence South 521 feet to the North line of the Right-of -Way , Butterfield Stage Coach Route , thence Northeast with said road 664 feet to a point due South of the point of beginning , thence North 95 feet to the point of beginning . That the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , hereby accepts and confirms the grant and dedication by said quitclaim deed of the afore -described lands for a public street , and hereby declares said street to be a public street ; and the Board of Directors hereby assumes the care , control and jurisdiction of the same . .
