AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO , 1572 OF OCTOBER9 O(J�
CORRECT THE LEGAL DESCRIPTION CONTAINED THEREIN . S$ Y ��
WHEREAS , the first "Whereas " clause of OrdinaAbeH 1 1 Sr72iTof
Ll October 16 , 1967 , ommitted the phrase " of the South�es, � Quarter ( SW 1/4 )
from the description of Tract B contained therein , at13;
WHEREAS , the correct description of Tract B should be as follows :
TRACT B : A part of the Northeast Quarter of the South-
west Quarter of Section Nine ( 9 ) , in Township Sixteen
( 16 ) North , of Range Thirty ( 30 ) West of the 5th Principal
Meridian , more particularly described as follows , to-wit :
Beginning at a point which is seven hundred forty ( 740 )
feet South of the Northwest corner of the said forty acre
tract , and running thence South sixty ( 60 ) feet ; thence
East one hundred sixty ( 160 ) feet ; thence North sixty
( 60 ) feet ; thence West one hundred sixty ( 160 ) feet to
the place of beginning , and being situated inthe City
of Fayetteville , Arkansas ,
NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
That the first "Whereas " clause of Ordinance 1572 of October 16 ,
1967 , be and the same is hereby amended by changing the legal descrip-
tion of Tract B contained therein to read as set forth in this ordinance .
