AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE NAME OF A STREET IPJ THE CITYI!OE YT7Y LLE , ARKANSAS .

WHEREAS , a certain road within the present corporate li1nits }(ofLthe- ;City of
Fayetteville was an open , existing county road prior to its annexation7inio the
city i:n 1966 and said road currently appears to have no name and
WHEREAS , said road is located and situated as follows :
Beginning 'at a point on the South side of State Highway 16 East , where
the road herein described intersects said Highway, which point is
approximately three hundred ( 300) feet South and two hundred ( 200 )
feet West of the Northeast corner of the Southwest Quarter of Section
21, Township 16 North , Range 29 West , and running thence Southwesterly
along said road 300 feet to the existing corporate limits of the City
of Fayetteville, Arkansas .
NOW , THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS :
That the above-described road situated within the corporate limits of
Fayetteville, Arkansas , be and the same is hereby named Van Hoose Drive .
