Green requesting ;;thaty. saTid Planning Commission recommend to the Board of Directors of the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , that the Board of Directors enact an ordinance rezoning the following described property , presently zoned A- 1 Annexed Territory District to R-2 Two Family Residential District , to-wit : Part of the SW 1/4 of the SW 1/ 4 of Sec . 14 , T- 16 -N , R- 30 -W , being more particularly described as follows , to-wit : Beginning at a point 565 feet North and 413 . 45 feet West of the Southeast corner of said 40 acre tract and running thence West 246 . 55 feet ; thence South 104 . 9 feet ; thence in a southeasterly direction to a point 165 feet south of the beginning point , thence North 165 feet to the point. of beginning . and WHEREAS , notice of said public hearing , setting forth the date , time , place and purposes of said hearing and location of property , was published in the Northwest Arkansas Times , a newspaper of general circu- lation in said city , more than 15 days prior to said public hearing , and WHEREAS , following said public hearing , said Planning Commission certified to the Board of Directors of the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , ' its recommendation that an ordinance be adopted rezoning the above -des - cribed property , presently zoned A-1 Annexed Territory District , to R-2 Two Family Residential District , NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE- CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS : SECTION 1 .
