AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE N0 . 1512 OF SEPTEMBER 6 , ,. 166 ,
AND RESCINDING ACCEPTANCE OF THE PLAT OF BLOCK `I ,3 ;,WQO)3LAND PARK
SUBDIVISION , AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES :

WHEREAS , by Ordinance No . 1512 of Septet � 3.6,rA[ 1Ab6 ,
the Board of Directors of the City of FayettevilI� ,�Orken§as ,
accepted the plat of Block f , Woodland Park Subdivision , and
the dedication of the streets , alleys and easements therein , and
WHEREAS , it now appears that as to the bulk of the tract
described in said plat that the persons certifying themselves to
be owners thereof , did not have title to said lands at the time
of certification and are unable to acquire same ; and that the
record owners of said land do not desire to subdivide said lands
but wish to have their title cleared of the potential encumbrance
created by said plat .
NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
SECTION 1 . That Ordinance No . 1512 of September 6 ,
1966 , be and it is hereby repealed :
SECTION 2 . That action of the Board of Directors in
approving the plat of Block I . Woodland Park Subdivision , and
accepting dedication of the streets , alleys and easements therein
contained is hereby rescinded and said plat rendered void .
SECTION 3 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to
file a certified copy of this Ordinance in the office of the
Circuit Clerk and Ex-Officio Recorder of Washington County , , and
further directed to cause a notation to be made upon the recorded
copy of said plat that same has been rendered void by this Ordinance .
SECTION 4 . That this Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage , approval and publication .
