Vine Blumenberg requesting that said Planning Commission recommend to the Board of Directors of the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , that the Board of Directors enact an ordinance rezoning the following described property , presently zoned R-2 , Two Family Residential District , to R- 3 , Multi -Family Residential District , to-wit : Part of the West One -half. (W 1/2 ) of the North - west Quarter (NW 1/ 4 ) of Section Nine ( 9 ) , Township Sixteen ( 16 ) North of Range Thirty ( 30 ) West described as follows : Beginning at a point Thirteen Hundred Eighty Five Feet ( 13851 ) North of the Southeast Corner of said Eighty '( 80 ) Acre Tract , and running thence North One Hundred Fifteen Feet ( 115 ' ) , thence West Three Hundred Ten Feet ( 3101 ) , thence South One Hundred Ninety Feet ( 1901 ) , thence East One Hundred Ten Feet ( 1101 ) , thence North Seventy -five Feet ( 75 ' ) , thence East Two Hundred feet ( 2001 ) to the point of beginning . and , WHEREAS , notice of said public hearing , setting forth the date , time , place and purposes of said hearing and location of the property was published in the Northwest Arkansas Times , a newspaper of general circulation in said City , more than 15 days prior to said public hearing , and WHEREAS , following said public hearing , said Planning Commission certified to the Board of Directors of the City of Fayetteville , its recommendation that an ordinance be adopted rezoning the above -described property , presently zoned R- 2 , Two Family Residential District , to R-3 , Multi -Family Residential District , NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY. THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS : SECTION 1 .
