CIRCUIT CLERft WHEREAS , a public hearing was held before the Planning Commission of the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas on August 15 , 1967 , on the petition of Donald Bunting and Norma Bunting , requesting that said Planning Commission recommend to the Board of Directors of the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , that the Board of Directors enact an ordinance rezoning the following described property , presently zoned R- 3 , Multi -Family Residential District to R- 4 , Multi -Family Residential and Dormitory District , to-wit : Beginning at a point nine ( 9 ) feet North of the Southeast corner of lot One ( 1 ) in Block Seven ( 7 ) in I . Duncan ' s Addition to the City of Fayetteville , and running thence West Three Hundred Six feet and eight inches ( 30618 " ) ; thence North one hundred twenty -five ( 125 ) feet ; thence East Three Hundred Six feet and eight inches ( 30618 " ) ; thence South One Hundred Twenty-five ( 125 ) feet to the place of beginning . and , WHEREAS , notice of said public hearing , setting forth the date , time , place and purposes of said hearing and location of the property was published in the Northwest Arkansas Times , a newspaper of general circulation in said City , more than 15 days prior to said public hearing , and WHEREAS , following said public hearing , said Planning Commission certified to the Board of Directors of the City of Fayetteville , its recommendation that an ordinance be adopted rezoning the above -described property , presently zoned R-3 , Multi -Family Residential District to R- 4 , Multi-Family Residential and Dormitory District .
